The SITM mentoring program is designed to provide young women with the confidence and knowledge to join and work in the music industry, as well as to take on leadership roles. Through this program, participants will gain valuable insights into all aspects of the music industry, such as touring, production, and songwriting. Recording Connection's outsiders in New York City may have the opportunity to work in the same studio where our mentors have collaborated with Stevie Wonder. This program offers an intensive curriculum for those interested in music production and audio engineering in Syracuse.
It is currently being used by a composer for a new theatrical production, “The Boy Who Kissed The Sky”, in association with The Alliance Theater (Atlanta) and The Seattle Children's Theater.
